Bringing meaningful change into your life is a valuable investment in your current and future self. I offer an initial free consultation so that we can talk together and determine whether my services are the right fit for you.
My standard fee for individual therapy is $150 for a 55-minute session. An initial intake session is required, and is $200 for 90 minutes. Note that these fees apply primarily to individuals who are not using insurance for payment. When insurance is used, typical client responsibility is limited to co-payment or co-insurance amounts, with the possibility of a need to meet a deductible.
I currently accept BCBS insurance, Tufts Commercial, Harvard Pilgrim, and Optum Health plans, as well as private pay arrangements. If I am an out-of-network provider for you, I can provide you with a monthly statement (called a “superbill”), which you may submit to your insurance carrier if you are eligible for reimbursement.
In keeping with the No Surprises Act of 2020 (H.R. 133), a “good faith estimate” will be made available to all clients, in order to assist with estimating annual costs and understanding any other fees associated with treatment with me.
